Respect and Loyalty

Treat people as they should be treated, with dignity and respect. Expect others to do the same and hold them accountable when they fall short. Hold yourself accountable for your own shortcomings. Bear true faith and allegiance. Believe in and devote yourself to something or someone.

Duty

Fulfill your obligations. Carry out more than just your assigned tasks. Accomplish those tasks as part of a team. You fulfill your obligations as part of a team every time you resist the temptation to take shortcuts that might undermine the integrity of the final product.

Selfless Service

Selfless service is larger than just one person. The basic building block of selfless service is an individual’s commitment to go a little further, endure a little longer and look a little closer to see how he or she can add to the team effort.
